That Integrity Thing
Your situational ethics aren't going to bring you happinessPosted on December 7, 2011 | 1 CommentWhile it's right and just for a business to earn a profit, it may only do so by providing a real benefit to its customers. That's integrity. -
The Happiness Diet
Is there such a thing?Posted on November 22, 2011 | 2 CommentsI've always found that fewer simple carbs - and fewer pre-prepared foods in general - helps me maintain an energetic, positive attitude. When I'm less tired, I'm much less often frustrated, and when I get more done, I'm happier. -
A Lesson in Gratitude
When the teacher is the studentPosted on November 17, 2011 | No CommentsThe number of blessings each of us has is virtually unlimited. -
It Takes Two To Tango
So what if YOU'RE the lousy dancer?Posted on November 15, 2011 | No CommentsIt hit me like a dope-slap from the Jolly Green Giant - I was creating the same sorts of conflicts in my new relationship as I had done in my first marriage! Two different women, same dude. Two wonderful, talented women, same unpleasant Mr. Grouchy-Pants. -

Have faith that new insights will occur, and immerse yourself fully in whatever your life's mission may be. -

Thank God it’s Monday!
Why wait until friday to start living?Posted on November 4, 2011 | No CommentsSo I dropped HUGE dollars for books - ten to be exact - and came home with two weeks' worth of reading material. One of the books is Thank God it's Monday! - A Tool Kit for Aligning Your Lifevision and Your Work, by Tim Hoerr. It is the height of irony that a book with this much to offer should be found in a place where overlooked, under-marketed books go to die.
